I found that she had a very independent professional approach, she found the best units that suited my needs with an eye on costs vs benefits.

At that stage, others had been offering their products only with no deviance and (I found) little consideration of my actual needs and financial ability. Indeed, from initial meeting to purchase was over 4 months with lots of advice offered and zero pressure to purchase

Upon agreement to purchase, all paperwork was processed by Michelle on my behalf. Michelle also 'tweaked' units as required at no cost and followed up on my 'TV link' enquiry (the ability to tune my aids to the TV programmes)

After 10 months, she again sorted an issue on my units, again at no additional chargeI should add that at one stage, while I was ill, Michelle visited me at home to sort out an issue I was having with my aids, again at no cost (I did offer but Michelle assured me it was part of service)

I could not be happier with the service, expertise and professionalism I received from Michelle, at all times, Michelle looks out for my welfare rather than selling me a product

It's great to finally meet someone who is trying to resolve my issues and not just make a sale. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and have done on a number of occasions
